By accessing or using Margofy's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Margofy provides restaurant performance analytics, financial reporting, benchmarking, and operational insights designed to help restaurant owners better understand their business performance.

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information uploaded to the platform and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Margofy may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the service at any time without liability.

Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

All software, reports, dashboards, designs, methodologies, and intellectual property associated with the platform remain the exclusive property of Margofy LLC.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Margofy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Margofy respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information entrusted to us.

We may collect and process:

• Business and restaurant information
• Financial performance data
• Sales and operational metrics
• User account information
• Technical and usage information

Information is collected solely for the purpose of providing, improving, and securing our services.

Margofy does not sell customer data to third parties.

Information may be shared with trusted service providers solely to support the delivery of our services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us directly.

All customer data uploaded to or processed through the Margofy platform remains the sole and exclusive property of the customer.

Margofy acts solely as a service provider and data processor.

Margofy does not acquire ownership rights in customer data and will not use customer-specific information for purposes unrelated to providing and improving the service.

Aggregated, anonymized, and non-identifiable data may be used to improve platform functionality, develop benchmarks, and enhance reporting capabilities.

Upon termination of service, customers may request deletion of their data in accordance with applicable legal and contractual requirements.

Protecting customer data is a core responsibility of Margofy.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures, including:

• Encrypted data transmission
• Secure cloud infrastructure
• Access controls and authentication measures
• Routine backups
• Monitoring and logging of system activity
• Vendor security assessments where appropriate

While no system can guarantee absolute security, Margofy maintains safeguards designed to protect customer information against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and devices.

Margofy provides business intelligence tools, financial analytics, performance reporting, and operational insights for informational purposes only.

Margofy is not a public accounting firm, accounting service provider, tax advisor, investment advisor, law firm, or management consulting firm.

Any insights, recommendations, benchmarks, forecasts, commentary, or reports generated by the platform should not be considered accounting, tax, legal, financial, investment, or professional advice.

Users remain solely responsible for all business decisions, accounting treatments, tax filings, operational actions, and management decisions.

Margofy makes no guarantees regarding future financial performance, profitability, operational outcomes, or business results.

Use of the platform is at the user's own discretion and risk.
